Recent Projects
The idea of “mobile first” design has won the internet! The concept of responsive design allows for a website to be viewed on all/most platforms. I’ve been fortunate to work on many projects where I’ve implemented this concept into my designs and code. With the help of Bootstrap, Foundation and my CSS bag of tricks, each project has been executed a little different, giving me multiple pathways to solve the puzzles at hand.
My first manual camera was in the early 90s… It was an older Canon or Olympus SLR that I used for Photography class in high school. Black & White only, folks! I really loved it. I still have all of my negatives, and I really need to digitize them.
Years passed… and I wanted a camera again; one that allowed experimentation and the ability to create interesting imagery. So, a few years ago I purchased the OM-D EM-5, which was (at the time) Olympus’ flagship Micro 4/3 camera. It’s really an amazing device. Simply brilliant. I’ve gone through a handful of different lenses, too. I now have a good, wide-range collection of lenses that fit my curiosity as an artist.
Using this creative tool has been a breath of fresh air for me. I feel like I’m still getting my feet wet in all matters related to this medium. However, it’s really been an interesting journey so far. I have plans for some specific projects in the future. For now…
